Customer Training Curriculum

IronPort offers Instructor-led, Virtual Classroom and E-Learning courses. The Customer training courses are designed to provide you with up-to-date knowledge and skills to successfully evaluate, integrate, deploy, and support IronPort products and solutions.

Instructor-led Training

Securing Your Email with IronPort C-Series, Part I is a comprehensive, two-day course with extensive lab exercises for hands-on experience installing, configuring and administrating the IronPort email security appliance.

Securing Your Email with IronPort C-Series, Part II is an in-depth one-day course that discusses advanced message routing and delivery options such as Message Filters, LDAP, Domain Keys Identified Mail, and Sender Profile/ID Framework. Each topic provides extensive hands-on lab exercises to enable participants perform email security administration functions.

Securing Your Web with IronPort S-Series is a comprehensive, two-day course with hands-on labs, demonstrations and presentations that focus on installing, configuring, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining the IronPort S-Series web security appliance.

Virtual Classroom Training

IronPort virtual classroom training is delivered using Webex. Scheduled live web casts are available to Customers, Channel Partners and Employees across multiple time zones. Depending on the class, a combination of lecture and hands-on lab exercises will be presented. Class duration ranging from 1-4 hours covers C and S-Series appliances.
