Prerequisite: It is recommended that candidates complete the Email Security for Field Engineers training course.
Required Exams:
650-153: Email Security for Field Engineers exam.
Introduction to the company and products basic knowledge of SMTP, the Email Security Appliance, evaluating the appliance, understanding the competition, identifying the competitors, installing the appliance, configuring listeners, troubleshooting concepts, and identifying Customer Support resources.
